Solved!

HP printer cannot print

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I've been doing well before, but I can't print recently. After sorting out things, the computer will automatically save the word document as a picture and don't print it out. What's the matter?

It should be a driver problem. If it's not a driver problem, there is a conflict between the computer system and the printer. You can reset the bai attribute of the printer.
1. First of all, determine whether there is a driver. If there is no driver to install, it will not be explained here. Click the start button in the lower right corner of the desktop and select "device and printer".
2. Then click on the linked printer and right-click now "printer properties".
3. Select "port" in the printer properties, and then select according to your own printer port type (Note: don't think what port you linked before is the same as other ports).
If there is a USB interface, the computer will choose USB interface, as shown in the figure is the choice of network cable TCP / IP, there are other types, according to their own type of choice (not clear, we must find a way to find out).
