I’m thinking of buying an HP OMEN 16 AP0010NT gaming laptop with an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, RTX 5060, and a 144 Hz display, but after doing some research, I found that both the Victus and OMEN series from HP have issues with the Hall sensor. I don’t want to take any risks, so I’m asking: is there a risk with this model?

Hi @NateS7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We have not had this issue with the new models.

May I know which model you want to purchase?

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
