I have been using my HP victus 16 amd Ryzen 7 7840hs with 16gb ram (s-0095ax) for 13 months and it suddenly started flickering out of nowhere. When I asked hp tech support they framed me as I damaged it and asking me money for the replacement product. I don't know what to tell. I told them you have produced an faulty product and they told it's not out fault. I'm going to end my court and ask for my money or replaced product.
