I updated my Laptop from Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2. And after update, the computer restarts and gave me the Hard Disk Failure 301 error.
The laptop however boots without a problem, only showing the 301 error every time booting up.
The Hard Drive SSD test shows the following failure detection (As shown in the screenshot) and gives me a 24 digits failure ID.
Failure ID: 9PGF9T-BG8CAV-MFPX0K-60D303
It is worth mentioning that both the C and D drive of my laptop are SSD, and I have no HDD installed. So I have no idea why it is giving me this error, especially after a Windows update.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion,
Unfortunately, I had to get my SSD replaced and reinstall Windows. Luckily, I had all my stuff on the other drive so only the Windows and some softwares needed to be reinstalled.
It seems that the Win 11 24H2 killed quite a bit of Western Digital SSDs (As shown in the linked article) and unfortunately my C drive just happens to be a Western Digital one.

The error code has a brief description here
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/diag?failureId=9PGF9T-BG8CAV-MFPX0K-60D303&productNo=6X0M8PA
Either the drive is going bad or (less likely) the cable connecting it is loose or corroded.

The western digital sn810 is defective. It could be an overheating problem which can be solved using an air duster or it could be a failure in the electronics of the ssd.
the sn810 range in size from 256 to 2tb

Thank you for that article!!!
i just had that exact symptom with that exact WD Black SN770 !!!
I am building an Omen system that our upgrade expert @NonSequitur777 mentioned here at HP
I used WD True Image to clone my small boot drive (11-24H2) to my larger 1tb SN770 and got that blue screen. It was not possible to repair the SSD using windows 11 as that blue screen kept showing up no matter what I tried. I only got it to work by installing 11-23h2 clean and then upgrading to 11-24h2.
