The failure ID suggests a hardware issue, likely related to the new SSD. Ensure it is properly connected and detected in the BIOS by pressing F10 at startup. If not recognized, try reseating it. You may need to boot from a Windows 11 USB to reinstall the OS. Running HP Hardware Diagnostics (F2 at startup) can help identify issues. If the problem persists, the SSD may be incompatible or faulty, so testing with the old SSD could confirm the cause.
