Booted up my laptop and got the following message:

Ran a storage test and got this from it:
Testing Drive: 1

© SSD Wear Check: PASSED
HDD/SSD 1: *** wear level is 2%
FAILURE ID : OLJBKG-B74B01-MFPX1F-609203

If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive or USB flash drive.
You will have to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.
According to the service manual the model series only supports M.2 NVMe SSD's so that is the type of replacement drive you need to buy.
