Product: HP ENVY X360 cn0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I thought I have a battery charging and draining issue but iam unable to predict weather its a software issue or hardware/battery issue 

As my battery was draining fast and not charging unless it is shut down and it was charging normally when the laptop was not used for a few days like 3 to 4 days and I still have 250 battery lifecycles left to use out of 1000

So I was unable to predict what sort of problem it is so can u guys guide me what sort of problem it is
