Thank you so much for your help. . I reset the PC to factory reset but nothing changed. I have tested all components and they passed the problem. I remembered that the problem occurred after installing the latest version of HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows. I tried uninstalling and installing the old version but it didn't work. it doesn't work because it tells me it already exists on the PC. To understand better there is a video
