Having problems with Windows after resetting hp omen 15

I started resetting my laptop from the windows menu, I chose to delete all files and re download windows after from local disk. After a while of resetting it was showing me undoing changes and It brought me back to the starting screen of windows, I can’t log in because it’s showing me that my pin is not available because of security reasons after pressing the button for a new pin it shows me a blue screen saying that it can’t load my profile. Can someone please help me?
