Product: OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1080nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I bought a hp omen 17 in July of 2020(brand new), recently my laptop has begun to lose frames drastically. I noticed my charger isnt getting as hot as it used to when gaming. I have always kept good airflow to both laptop and charger to avoid overheating.
I have tested the laptop multiple times and nothing is showing as a problem. I have contacted MSI and they refuse to do anything as it is a HP laptop even though it is the Omen by HP. I will attach the only findings i can find as to what might be my problem. Any suggestions would be helpful.
