Hello everyone,
recently i updatet windows 10 and got a lot of issues, some apps where not usable anymore (Omen Command Center, Hp Assistent Support etc.). Found out it was a .net framework problem. My system was corrupted, tried a lot of thing (bios update, sfc scan and other commands). Nothing seemed to work. So i updated to windows 11, finally the apps mentioned above worked again, updated bios from hp assistent support. Then i start a game and see that the fans dont start spinning like they usually do. FPS where really bad (from 260 fps to barely 70 fps in rocket league). I noticed that the gpu was not working at all (only 4% usage) while cpu and ram were working (ram even 54% usage). I tried different nvidia settings, driver update and roll back, nothing worked. A gaming laptop that cant run any game.
Something else that i noticed is that, when i start the laptop, Microsoft Visual c++ 2013 starts updating with 2 other apps and directX also. When i click on it, they dissappear. This happens everytime i turn on the laptop. And lastly, after the update, my laptop takes a lot of time to charge while turned on (from 20% to 100% takes about 10 hours) while when i turn it off, it only takes 2 hours. If someone has resolved this issue, please write a message.
