Hi Team, I want support for my ticket I have raised a service request on November 4th After repeated trying no one is reaching out to me. I have been texting in X with hp team, and they are saying they have escalated the issue. but i don't see no one reaching out to me no one is calling no one responds on whatsapp only texting in X for hp they respond but no one is giving resolution to my ticket.
