Product: HP Omen 15 - en0013AX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I can't seem to enable external usb devices to wake my laptop from sleep
Using the trackpad or device keyboard enables me to wake my laptop, can anyone help?
I've tried using cmd commands which gave me a response of I do not have permission,
Aside from that, the checkbox in control panel device manager is grayed out.
Thanks
