OMEN by HP 15-dh0000nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Thermals on the 2019 model of the omen 15 laptop are terrible, GPU throttles down to 300 Mhz! and the CPU is constantly at the 97-100 C range and throttles to 2600 Mhz. This is probably due to slow fans. When changing the fan settings from auto to max, the fans go at max speed for like 10 seconds and then it becomes slower again. Constantly changing the fan profile settings forces the fan to actually work at max speed, vastly improving the performance. I also tried repasting both the CPU and GPU and that resulted in no difference what so ever.
