I bought a laptop on 12th December 2024 and on the 6th day of buying I started facing pop sound from left hinge , I complained to the HP authorised showroom from where I bought it , and I asked for replacement but they regected it , and said it will reduce with time . its 11th FEB and it even increased. Then I complained but now they are saying that they will not replace the item . and for replacement i should approve from HP costumer support . I appplied for call but they didn't responded . 
I bought this laptop after a long hardwork . Why HP ???? . 
I please request you to approve my replacement after confirmation .
