Omen 17-w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sadly, I join a group of many other HP Omen purchaser who have hinge problems that have scared, broken, and altered their laptops. My Omen 17-w gaming laptop did just the same. I bought a special back pack for my expensive purchase to keep it safe. But to no avail, not only did my laptop hinges break on both sides of my screen but my warranty ended before I could use it as well. Then the cherry on top is how many people have shared the same complaint online as far back as 2017 to my knowledge because there are bound to be more. My head hurts with the fact that HP knew and did not correct this issue in the appropriate time frame. The lack of support online for this issue is crazy with so many people having it. I would of thought that at least a repair video would of been made. If there is one then I have not found it and I have been on the search for two days looking for an HP OMEN 17-w hinge repair video and have not found one. How can I have my laptop hinges loosened so that I can use it? Also my wifi connector cords are cut when the screen on the right side disconnected so what is the correct term for those items? I'm tired of looking around online to find no support or information to solve my problems that HP has known about for three years.
