Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the laptop doesn't even completed one year and it is having a hinge problem. i have not even dropped or did nothing to it. its has been 2 days am facing this hinge problem both the hinges are not working 

it has a space between hinges and the screen which start with normal space ends up with a horizontal upwards lines what's the solution for it 

if it's in warranty period and how to fix this or can it be replace ?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
