HirePro detects multiple cameras even after uninstalling OMEN Cam Voice, preventing me to take exam

I am facing a serious camera-related issue during every online exam conducted through HirePro.

My laptop has an HP Wide Vision HD Camera , but HirePro detects multiple camera devices and shows the error: “Multiple camera devices found. Please remove/uninstall extra camera devices/drivers.”

The system also shows OMEN Cam & Voice as an additional camera device. I have already tried disabling and uninstalling OMEN Cam & Voice, but HirePro still detects multiple cameras and prevents me from taking the exam.

Additionally, under Chrome → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Camera, both HP Wide Vision HD Camera and OMEN Cam & Voice are still listed, even after uninstalling and disabling OMEN Cam & Voice.

This issue is repeatedly occurring during my exams and is causing significant problems. I request HP/HirePro to provide a permanent solution so that only the actual HP Wide Vision HD Camera is detected and I can attend my exams without any issues.

Please treat this as an urgent issue, as it directly affects my ability to attend important examinations.

Try Clean boot before the exam. It disables 3rd party services. 

1. Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
2. Open the Services tab.
3. Check Hide all Microsoft services. This step is essential.
4. Click Disable all.
5. Click Apply.
6. Open the Startup tab and select Open Task Manager.
   - In Startup apps, disable third-party items related to:
   - OMEN Gaming Hub or OMEN Cam & Voice.
   - OBS, NVIDIA Broadcast, Logitech, DroidCam, or virtual-camera tools.
7. HP camera-enhancement or streaming utilities.
8. Close Task Manager, click OK, and restart the laptop and check. 

If iseu remains, then share the screenshot of screenshot which says error or what preventing you from taking test. Also, don't uninstall hp camera form device manager. You can try disabling  OMEN Cam & Voice of still listed in device manager.
