How can I update my BIOS.
Current version is 

BIOSVersion: F.56

Hi:

 

What you want to do is not possible since F.56 is the latest version HP has released and your notebook already has that version installed.

 

Look under the BIOS downloads on your notebook's support page.   F.56 is the newest one...
