Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How to enable turbo boost currently using i7 9750H with 2.5ghz base 4.5ghz max . does it automatically turn on when needed or do I have to manually enable it. If manually from where can I enable it. tried to download all the hp suggested software but still do nothing.

It is an Intel feature. Please use section 6 of the following guide
