Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have hp omen 15 ek0019tx (i7-10750H and gtx 1650ti with 16gb ram).

Is my model compatible with g-sync?because I read that all omen 15 laptops released in 2020 with Intel CPUs have graphics switcher and have an mux switch.

So why don't I have graphics swticher in omen gaming hub??

I have the latest bios,latest nvidia driver and latest version of omen gaming hub...

Someone please help as I don't want to use Optimus when I always use my laptop while plugged in.

Its specs does not say much. But for all Omen 15-ek0xxx machines, ONLY machines which have  NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super with up to 8 GB of dedicated GDDR6 video memory (G-SYNC™ supportable)
