Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I want to uninstall ETD_GetSMART.exe because I believe an error it's creating may be responsible for the daily bluescreen errors I've been getting for the past few months. However, when I go to uninstall it from file location, it says I need permission from the system to uninstall. What does this mean? How do I get permission? I'm really tired of my computer constantly crashing while I'm in the middle of working or playing games. It's extremely frustrating, especially since I've already had to spend a lot of money repairing this computer after the motherboard fried itself, and then the replacement was stuck in a Windows install boot loop.
