Hello, ive sent my Omen 15 into repairs because of a fan noise and R key problem. After theyve received my Omen 15, they have sent a loaner laptop to me which was a spectre x360. They sent back my laptop 2 weeks ago and i still have the loaner laptop with me. They didn't say anything about how HP was gonna send a box back to get the loaner laptop back or anything.

Did you contact Warranty again and explain? I can ask a moderator to see if anyone can contact you, but I would think they would have sent you an email with instructions. Did you check your spam folder?

I haven't contacted warranty yet, they did not send me an email that went in my spam folder.
