How to activate the xbox game pass provided by Omen Gaming Hub

I want to activate the game pass provided by Omen Gaming Hub. But when I click "Start Free Trial" it opens xbox app but nothing happening also there arent any notification. Is it scam?  Can you help me guys?

Steps to Activate Xbox Game Pass through OMEN Gaming Hub

Ensure OMEN Gaming Hub and Xbox Apps are Up to Date

• Open Microsoft Store and go to Library > Get updates to update all apps, especially OMEN Gaming Hub and Xbox.
• After updating, try clicking "Start Free Trial" again in OMEN Gaming Hub.

Sign In to Both Apps with the Same Microsoft Account

• Make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account in both the OMEN Gaming Hub and the Xbox app.
• In OMEN Gaming Hub, go to Settings and confirm your sign-in account.
• Open the Xbox app and sign in with the same account.

Look for the Redeem Code Option

• Some users have reported seeing a Redeem Code option in OMEN Gaming Hub. Go to OMEN Gaming Hub > Rewards and see if there’s a code or link to redeem Xbox Game Pass.

i did all of you said except "look for redeem code option" part but it i didnt work. There is no rewards section in omen gaming hub so i couldnt redeem code. 

when I click "Start Free Trial" it opens xbox app but nothing happening.
