I've tried posting two threads here to see if I can get help and discussion from the HP community, but both have been closed by HP?

Any ideas how to get the community center website to function as a community center?  I'm not sure what else to do.  The problem was not solved, but I cannot open it, can't find an answer elsewhere, and can't keep it open long enough for anyone to respond---------I fear the answer is out there in the HP community, but there's no way for any of them to respond. Is this normal here?  I admit I'm new here but I've been using HP's for 15 years and I love my Omen!

I read the private messages, and followed their instructions, including calling their support, spoke with them 3 times over two days.

The reason I was hopeful to keep it open here for the community is the official support insisted nothing was wrong is all----I don't think they understood the problem, but I admit I wasn't able to illustrate it well enough to them to target the issue of games not appearing in the HP Omen Command Center launcher and login issues (they seemed to only be able to diagnose if the application actually ran or crashed, and since it was running rather than crashing there was nothing they could really see wrong).

I thought being able to ask the community for their ideas would be beneficial, particularly if anyone else has the same issues.  For now HP said they are sending a new case to another team (yesterday they offered paid support but I declined for now since the computer is new and still under 2 paid warranties), and while I'm not expecting them to necesarily solve the issue, I still don't see much harm in letting the community talk together to see if this is something anyone else has been able to solve since it's an app with a dedicated keyboard button.  We'll see!  Cheers!
