Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello guys..probably i'm not the only one who meets this problem here, most of us are facing this problem of heat on hp gaming lap and this is annoying really and at the same time gives an annoying sound while heating runs..any idea what to make to fix this problem? do i need to change a grahpic or nvidia settings or something else?
