If you experience this symptom that OMEN Light studio APP no response. Cannot click anything except the left sidebar buttons.

Please try to follow below steps to see if it works

  • Close Omen Gaming Hub and Light Studio in Task Manager
  • Open a File Explorer and paste this path: %localappdata%\
    or you can find the file path "AppData/Local" manually
  • If HPOMEN and HP_Inc folders are found, delete both folders.

  • Re-launch Omen Gaming Hub and Light Studio to see if it could be fixed or not.
