Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help with the hp command center, i formated my pc and then reinstalled everything even the hp command center from microsoft store, but when i press the button on the keyboard to open the hp command center it does not open, and to open i need to search in the menu and then click it myself.
Can anyone help me?

Which Omen PC do you have? Give me the full Product Number.

Tell me that product number so I can look everything up.

Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or

Rapidly tap the F1 key at power on to get the bios info window.

OK Thanks. That has been a glitch in those systems.

Install these files:

  1. Update the event utility to this version...   Get HP System Event Utility - Microsoft Store
  2. OMEN Command Center SDK Package 1.0.29  sp105569.exe
