My HP Omen laptop (Ryzen 9 / RTX model, Windows. still under warranty) suddenly stopped turning on.

The charger light turns white, so the battery appears fully charged, but when I press the power button nothing happens:

• No power button light

• No keyboard lights

• No fan movement

• No display

• No blinking LEDs (Caps Lock / Num Lock)

• Hard reset (60 seconds holding power) did not help

• Tried different charger and outlet → no change

The laptop was working normally before this. It now shows zero signs of life except for the charger LED.

Looks like an internal power or motherboard issue, but I cannot open the laptop due to warranty.

I am trying to contact HP support in Italy (Milan), but they haven’t responded yet.

Any advice on next steps or how to get warranty repair started faster?
