Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my HP Omen battery started swelling and is currently bulging through the top and bottom panels of the laptop shell. I tried to use contact agent via the virtual agent option and it keeps directing me here. This seems like a product defect that could result in damage. Please help.
