when I turn on the hp omen center I'm showing "no OMEN hosted computer host was associated with this account. Log in to the host computer omen, and then click refresh" I do not know what to do with it. please help

Are you trying to use the full abilities of the Omen Command Center for that laptop?

If so, it wont work on that model. That model is too old, it came out before the command center was originally released.

You can use it to connect to another newer Omen computer and do a screen share from it. That is all it will be able to do.

That is why you are seeing the message to connect to a Host computer.
