Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a HP Omen 17-ck0xxx on a Windows 11 Home Version.

GPU - GeForce RTX 3080

RAM - 32 GB

I have been following a few Threads on this HP forum pertaining to a similar issues along with other gaming forums, but I can't seem to reach a conclusion in this matter.

Almost every game I do play, my Laptop Crashes, regardless of a AAA title or general 7+ year old games , the issue is that during gameplay the game freezes , I am unable to do anything after that, No response from the laptop beside a Hard reset which then takes me to a screen with CMOS Error 502, After a few minutes of restarting thereafter, Windows loads up.

This happens frequently when playing games at random times in the game.

What i have noticed is the following :

It happens randomly during gameplay.

Most 3D games have this issue

System Vital are fine, No overheating monitored.

An interesting fact is that it does happen more frequently when i have Anti-Aliasing enabled for a game, when that feature is turned off completely , the game does seem to last longer but it does still crash eventually.

What I have tried :

Updating Bios

Nvidea Drivers

Removed the HP Battery and used AC power directly (this was advised from another Topic from this forum)

Updated Windows Drivers

Cleaned the fan areas and ducts.

ReInstalled the games.

I have done the HP Hardware diagnosis , both from Windows and BIOS , all seems fine.

Please advise me on any other solutions ?  I have no idea how to resolve this ? I have this issue for 3 years now and simply avoided playing any type of games on this gaming laptop due to this frustrating problem.
