Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone!

So, every time I tried to launch a video game it asked me to update my NVIDIA, I did that and since then, when I switch tabs and go back to one of my video games, the screen turns black and when I play a video game that requires low specs, the fps are low compared to before the update. I tried contacting NVIDIA support but after several attempts, nothing has improved. Do any one knows how to fix this?

I appreciate any help

Thanks.

Have you checked to see if the computer is recognizing your nvidia video card?

After the update my computer is now  not recognizing the video card. Nothing I have tried has fixed it
