I recently buyed hp omen 15 dh 1035 tx ( the gtx 1650 model ). Whenever I press keys adjecent to the leftmost color zone in keyboard for example t, g, v keys then the 1st zone lights up until I release the button pressed. No matter if the lights are on or off it blinks when I press these keys.
Also there is no option of Performance in Omen command center just the 2 default and comfort.

Hello @AdvaitKale
I cannot find you model in the data base at the moment. Its better to always use the PRODUCT number instead. It can be found in the HP Support Assistant.
Im not sure whats going on with the keyboard lighting. Sounds sort of like a hardware issue. Maybe the controller went wonky.
You might have to have help from Support directly.
As far as the missing Performance Mode goes, If your model is using a GTX 1650 and Im guessing a 150W charger, then it does not have Perf Mode. That only comes with laptops with hardware configurations that requires a 200W or larger power supply.
