Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • My hp omen 15 laptop charger is plugged in and it does not charge, But the battery is draining,Now it's completely dead and I left it for sometimes to charge and I turned it gets to the welcome screen and turns off immediately. Before this issue my laptop screen would go black when I'm gaming and I waited long enough and manually power off the laptop using the power button.But battery is pretty new.I just replaced it couple months ago.Please help me out.
