Hello @Tischler78 

That blink code refers to a system board failure.

The embedded controller times out waiting for the BIOS.

Remove all accessory devices from the notebook. If the error code persists, contact support for possible repair.
 
IF you are under warranty, HP will fix it.
Otherwise, you will have to ask HP Support what your alternatives would be for servicing.
