Hi, laptop crashing randomly while playing. After crash i can only reboot computer coz it freeze. And every time after rebot keyboarf light is off.  Sometimes after 10 min, sometimes after 2h playing. Im always connected to charger. Every hp assistance test and every test at all are ok. Temp are allways ok. It happens during play every game i have, wot, cod blackops 4, borderlands 3, cs go, project cars 2 and many more. I have stock hdd and ssd, nvidia gtx 1060, I bought brand new Omen from big local store.. i have this problem from beginning but i was thinking i do something wrong. A few days i go i found on hp forum that many ppl have same problem. What to do now? How can i use my warranty to fix this problem? How to explain problem when computer works fine but crash randomly while plaing?

@SIRsilver To be on a safer side I suggest we perform a hardware test on the device,
please get back to me with the results:

 

Install the latest version of the HP Hardware diagnostics (UEFI) on your device using this link: Click here for details

 

Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

Click Extensive Test.

Click Run once, or Loop until error.

While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component display on the screen.

If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you respond back to us.
