Product: Hp probook 4330s

I asembled hp probook 4330s and when i first boot it up it came black screen. Then i tried pluging it in hdmi to tv and it worked just fine.

After that i tried bios recovery with usb using win+b and it beeped one time. Then i am stuck with a black screen, fast fan and blinking lock cap. I tried replacing display cable and it didnt work then i tried replacing bios battery and it also didnt work. Can i get some help please.
