Hi everyone,
I bought a victus 16 gaming laptop with 3060 4 days ago. I downloaded different game like dishonored 2 rdr 2 and mc. And when i try to play these games my cpu temp is around 95-100 and my fps locked 30 like 5 minutes. I downloaded omen hub and selected the performance Mode.fps drops are gone but my cpu temps like +100 . İ I talked to customer services and they said its ok to play this temps and it can be drop like this sometimes .I didnt use laptop before and i have no idea what to do. Is it ok to play this temps? or how can i fix the drops?
Thanks for your helping

Hello @woxey
Under the given thermal conditions, massive overheating problems will occur sooner or later.
I advise you to return the notebook immediately. |
You should go to a notebook store and look at different brands and models and "test" them with your own hands and then make a decision. It should not be the cheapest or most expensive notebook !
Kind regards
