Battery issue and keyboard issue

It's a dead on arrival laptop

Kinldy please confirm how was this conculded as DOA, please confirmed if you have performed any of the steps mentioned here: https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/how-do-i-fix-laptop-that-wont-turn-on, if the device is powering on, and not staying on without the battery,please try the steps mentioned here: https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/ish_2190971-1693222-16

 

And as for the keyboard, kindly check if an alternate keyboard works fine.
