Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just like everyday, I shut down my laptop closed the lid and stored it into my laptop bag. I woke up next morning and I realized that the laptop lid would'nt open and with a little amount of force it did open. To my surprise, the bezel just below the LED was pulled out a little bit and the glue or whatever sticky thing in it was out of it and there were marks of it on the speaker side of HP pavilion laptop. I quickly turned on the laptop to see if it was working properly or not. 1/3rd of the laptop screen from right side was completely black. The rest of the screen was working. I couldn't figure out what happened so I took it to a professional and after taking a look at it, he told me that the sticky material had somehow come out of the bezel and weakened it and at the same time, it stuck to the laptop speaker a bit. When I opened the lid again, it pulled the already weakened bezel a little and that cause maybe the strip under the LED to be damaged in the worst case scenario. The reason I could think of and again, this is my own opinion, maybe this happened due to the heating issue in ho pavilion cx0120tx that weakened whatever was holding the bezel together and caused this. Luckily I was still in warranty and the professional told me to claim it since the problem wasn't caused by the user. I am from Pakistan and even getting a replacement of led or the strip on my own would be very difficult for me. I want the Hp support to look at. I've contacted the seller of the laptop and he said that he would get the warranty claimed. Can you tell me how I should proceed. I need a reply ASAP

This isn't a typical case as I understand it since I'm also thrashing my head trying to understand the situation myself. I'm terrified and scared since this thing was costly to me and I don't know what else I should do.

Thank you in advance for the help
