Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am experiencing fps drops, stutter and freezes and the victus 16 I have rtx 3060 with intel i7 12700H core im running my setting on low and setting omen gaming hun on best performance with fan boost, my laptop is newly cleaned and thermal paste changed. im also unparking my cores through an app, it did make a difference but in EA FC 24 for example my game is choking
