Hi @TeMuRXailoV,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Manual Driver Update via Device Manager

Open Device Manager:

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager from the menu.
  • Expand the Cameras section.
  • Right-click on your camera device and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

If automatic update fails, try manual update:

  • Right-click on your camera device in Device Manager.
  • Select Update driver then Browse my computer for drivers.
  • Next, select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
  • Choose a different driver from the list and click Next.

Using HP Support Assistant

HP Support Assistant should be capable of updating most drivers, however, if it fails to update your camera driver, you might need to check HP's official support site for the latest drivers:

Downloading Directly from HP Support

  1. Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.
  2. Enter your product name or serial number (e.g., Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000).
  3. Select your operating system (Windows 11) if necessary.
  4. Locate the camera drivers and download the latest version available for your model.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

I hope this helps.
