I bought a Victus 15 and have had issues since the 2nd day. It started with an unknown issue which led to a factory reset then I realized that the laptop had very little battery life of 1 hour when it was promised at least 3-4 hours.  I ignored these issues but recently the laptop started randomly shutting down during use. This was outrageous as it deleted all my progress, meaning I had to repeat it. I called hp and the person took control of my laptop to fix the issue and said that it should not happen, and he would call me in a day to check but he never called and when calling them again they said that I couldn't get in to contact with the same person.
