I can't create custom resolutions from "Intel Command Center". In the previous version I could create any resolution I wanted. I contacted Intel and they said to contact HP.

@RolQuest Welcome to HP Community!
I understadn that you are unabkele to create custom resolutions.
Check if Custom Resolutions/Modes Feature is enabled:
- Verify you have the latest Intel® Graphics Driver.
NoteCustom Resolutions/Modes isn't in the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel. You must create a mode.
- After verifying, check the Intel® Graphics Driver properties window to see if the feature is available.
To open the Intel graphics properties, simultaneously press Ctrl, Alt, and F12 or right-click the Windows* desktop. Select Graphics Properties. - If prompted to select an application mode, select Advanced Mode.
- On the Display Devices tab, check if the Custom Resolutions/Modes button is available.
If you don't have a Custom Resolutions/Modes button, you haven't enabled the Custom Resolutions/Modes feature on your computer.

I understand your concerns.
In that case, I would suggets you conatct oiur phone support and check for the support option. they will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
Have a nice day!!
