OK, so your notebook came with DOS, not Windows, so you are going to need the W11 product key to reinstall Windows, because the notebooks that come with DOS have a motherboard without a Windows product key in the BIOS.

If you have the W11 product key, you can reinstall W11 as follows:

Make a W11 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 11

Since your notebook has an Intel Core i5, 12500H processor, W11 won't be able to find the drive, so you have to load the Intel storage controller drivers at the screen where you get the message that Windows can't find any drives.

I usually zip and attach those files but for some reason the last couple of days, the forum website has an issue and the attached file never completes the virus scan.
