Hi @mrwazerd,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble with the HP OMEN HSA (HP OMEN Hardware Support Application) service and the OMEN Gaming Hub. Here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot.

Check if HP OMEN HSA Service is Running

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • Look for the HP OMEN HSA service in the list.
    • If it's listed but not running, right-click on it and select Start.
    • If it’s not listed, try reinstalling the OMEN Gaming Hub.

Reinstall the OMEN Gaming Hub

  • Uninstall the current version of OMEN Gaming Hub via Settings > Apps.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Visit the official HP OMEN Gaming Hub page and download the latest version.
  • Install it and restart again.

Check Windows Services and Dependencies

  • Ensure that required services like Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) are running.
    • In services.msc, ensure that Windows Management Instrumentation is set to Automatic and is running.

Update or Roll Back Drivers

  • Go to Device Manager and check if your OMEN device drivers are up-to-date.
    • Right-click on the device (like your graphics card or motherboard) and select Update Driver.
  • If issues started after a recent update, try rolling back the driver to the previous version.

Check for Windows Updates

  • Ensure that Windows is fully updated by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  • Sometimes, updates can fix compatibility issues with services like HP OMEN HSA.

Event Viewer Logs

  • Open Event Viewer (press Windows + X and select Event Viewer).
  • Check the Application and System logs for any errors related to HP OMEN Gaming Hub or OMEN HSA.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
