Product: pavilion 16-a0032dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
had to buy a new charger but battery is completely dead tried using a90 watt charger and not getting any charging lights and not booting up does these laptops need the full 200 to just charge device

It requires 200 W Smart AC power adapter. You can use higher wattage charger BUT lower wattage charger won't work. You need a charger part # L00818-850 which you can buy from
