OMEN by HP 15-ax250wm Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, my warranty has expired and I noticed my FPS was going no over 40, and staggering. In result, I checked my AC Adapter to see if I had the right one and it does not. In he Omen Maintenance and Service guide it states that my 1050Ti should of came with a 150W and not a 120W. I was wondering if I could get a replacement AC Adapter even though, my warranty has expired.

Side Note: My "A" key is broken in half, can I get this replaced too?

Thank you!

@Avspacegirl,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that your computer should come with 150 Watt AC adapter.

I recommend you contact HP phone support and they will assist you in this regard and also with the keyboard replacement.

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

All I can do is ask HP if they will contact you and give you some options.

I will let them know.
