I just bought hp victus fa0000 x 15 inch laptop and i want to limit battery charge. How to do it?

Only high-end HP business class notebooks have that battery charging limit feature in the BIOS.

 

No HP notebooks have any additional settings in the BIOS other than what you can access now.

 

Just don't leave your notebook plugged in 24/7/365 with the battery in a constant 100% charge state to reduce the chances of battery swelling.
